 Uno dei miei sughi preferiti per la pasta è il pesto alla genovese.  Sono allergica al latte, ma posso tollerare i formaggi secchi come parmigiano, romano, e asiago perchè ho imparato in un corso di nutrizione che c'è meno lattosio in quel tipi di formaggi.  E questa salsa cremosa è così erbacea, e saporita, è ancora migliore il giorno dopo.  Un'insalata di pasta che ho fatto con pesto alla genovese,  farfalle, e piselli.
